Samsung India Regarding service and warranty

I, Rai Pradeep Narain purchased a refrigerator from reliance digital, Ranchi.From last two weeks my refrigerator was not cooling property.So I made a complaint and an engineer took a visit and said that the problem is from compressor.So I was asked to refill the gas because the compressor is blocked by the gas.And I am having ten years warranty on the compressor.My compressor is not empty yet.Then also I have to refill it and that will be chargeable for me.If my compressor is not empty yet so why should I pay for it.Samsung claiming ten years warranty on the compressor so what is that for.I am very upset with this type of fake promises made by Samsung.So I just want to say either you give me proper service or else I”ll take a strict legal action regarding it.
