Fraud and damaged Asus zenfone 3s max phone from Flipkart

This is Suraj Bj and i ordered a Asus zenfone 3s max phone on Flipkart and that phone is not working. I think i got the defective piece. So i complaint to flipkart for my return claim.
But they are reject my claim what the hell is happening to me. Your call center guy was pathetic. May i know the detail reason for return rejection…??
You gave me defective product and claiming that product issue we do not do anything.
This is was the initial complaint raised with them. On 18th May 2018 i have raised this. Nothing has been done by them except we will get back to you, sorry for delay, blah blah. They are so irresponsible for about there customer.
I have placed the complaint on flipkart fb page too. No solution has been provided so far.
