I have received charges from Stormmedial as far back as Sept 21, 2017, on my Paypal account. Two charges on the same day for two different amounts $32.98 & $34.89. They’ve continued I noticed as I just received the most recent charge for $31.93 on March 5th, 2018. Never heard of them. I haven’t used my PayPal account for purchases. Only to RECEIVE client payments but still, I only utilized it twice in the last six months or more! So now what?!

Tracy Mandac on April 01, 2018

Received a charge for what I ordered through PayPal and then a different amount appeared on my credit card which is tied to PayPal and also another additional charge of around $15 dollars. I am going to follow through with this through PayPal.

Maryanne Goole on April 04, 2018

I too received a charge from Paypal Stormmedial 4029357733 HK. What gives?

joe E on April 06, 2018

“PAYPAL *STORMMEDIAL 4029357733” appeared on my Alaska Visa statement. When I called that number, the lady wanted to verify my account by having me tell her my credit card number over the phone. Rather than get involved, I’m just going to file a disputed charge with Alaska Visa.

I purchase the product for $42 and STOMRMEDIAL showed up this is the first time ever purchasing on this site is there any way I could call and cancel this purchase to get the money back on my card or what I have no idea what this is and I have no idea what to do and it also has a signature purchase with a number.

LUANN on July 18, 2018

The only thing I ordered for that amount was a grass trimmer and never received the product. I don’t mind paying if I got what I ordered. How do I get money back?

Rose on July 18, 2018

I ordered the “trio peelers” off an ad on Facebook. Never received the product but they took $19.96 out of my account. They also stated it was “PayPal” which I do not have a pay pal account either. Just disputed this charge with my bank. NEVER ORDER FROM FACEBOOK is my best advice.

I too have a charge through Pay Pal for this site that was on FB and still is STORMMEDIAL and never received my item to a tone of $59.96 I e-mailed Paypal and they said to contact the company. No luck there either. If anyone finds a way to go after this company they will be in for a shock with all of us here on this site.

tina on August 24, 2018

I Googled STORMMEDIAL and found this site. I now realize it was an order I placed from Facebook. It was legitimate. I’ll keep an eye on my account to make sure I don’t receive any more charges, but I think it’s okay.

Patricia Eisele on August 31, 2018
