This particular complaint is regarding Policy Bazaar Product Sales. I have purchased Term Life Insurance with Policy Bazaar along with Max Life Insurance. Since the first day, I have submitted all the required documents, however, it’s more than 6 days now they keep on asking about the documents. They have done medical apart from asking 3 years ITR since the first day. I’ve informed them I don’t have ITR, but they asking for card statement. After giving all these details, its been around 15 days now they keep asking about the same, also not ready to refund the amount. Please help me resolve this complaint of Policy Bazaar – Product Sales.
