VODAFONE INDIA INR 24 DEDUCTED FROM MY MAIN BALANCE

Without any intimidation, Vodafone India has deducted INR 24 from my main account balance. I want to know why Vodafone India deducted money from my balance without any prior information. As per TRAI guidelines, if there’s not an active service pack then the service provider will:

  • have to inform the customer first,
  • After a few days, they will stop outgoing calls,
  • Later in a few days, they will stop all incoming calls,
  • After 90 days, they will stop the service

However, as mentioned above Vodafone India deducted INR 24 without following any of the above-mentioned rules. One day after the validity expired, the company deducted Rs 24 from my main account balance? Please help me refund my balance. Thanks
