DISHTV PATHETIC SERVICE, MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS BUT NOT RESOLUTION
I have made lots of complaints regarding my VC: [protected] which had an issue. The VC is showing 301-signal not found many times every 3-4 hours throughout the day. For this, I have raised a complaint, until I know DishTV pathetic service is on the way.
After complaining about it multiple times, I issue was not fixed. The company engineer came to my home and took INR 500. He changed the transponder, the socket of the STB and also took service charges, even my STB is under warranty. The issue isn’t resolved yet. DishTV pathetic service really makes me angry. The customer care executive also unable to fix the issue.
I feel hopeless and cheated by the company. I even raised the issue to the nodal officer of DishTV service. Many times, customer executive calling me to fix the issue but it’s not solved yet. A new SR: [protected].
I request you to please look into the matter on a priority task. The DishTV pathetic service is not what I expect while purchasing the service. Please help me fix my issue.
