Hyundai Motor India After Sales Services – Documentation Problems

I had purchased Hyundai Xcent Car from Modi Hyundai Kanjurmarg dated 05 September 2016, Registration Number MH-46-AD-3882. Last 10 months I had continuous follow for various documentation processes, but till no result. My Registration paper will receive after 4 month from delivery date. For CNG Endorsement, I had follow-up with Sales Executive Mrs. Geeta Patil for last 6 months, till date no result. I personally talk to Customer Car Executive Mrs. Jaya Nair, but no result. Every time she told me will update with half hours. But no update gives from Modi Hyundai, Kanjurmarg. Because of CNG Endorsement not done, I have bear expenses for CNG problem.
Request you to reseolve the problem and take action on Modi Hyundai, Kanjurmar. This kind of outlet have effect business of Hyundai Brand.

    I had bought my car i20 in 2012 at Bangalore Advaith Hyundai #41/2, Outer Ring Road, Devarabeesanahalli (Bangalore).
    I have done 12,000 KM till date and from 2015 I started experiencing a problem, while driving the engine over heats and the coolant in the coolant tank boils and spills out completely. The Radiator fan sometimes works and sometimes stops.
    This problem happened 5 times and I had to tow my car all the time to outer ring road Advaith
    Now i had put a case against Hyundai, is there any way i can prove outside hyundai that the car is defective. Any second party can do this for me which can later be submitted to the court, this will add up to my case. Any help would be appreciated.
